Masters in Home Care, a multi-year winner of the Hartford Courant/Hearst Media Top Workplaces Award, is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Branch Clinical Director to lead our Rocky Hill team. This position is responsible for overall branch management, clinical quality, staff leadership, and operational performance. The Branch Clinical Director ensures that patient care is delivered safely, effectively, and in full compliance with agency, payer, and regulatory standards, while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall clinical and operational oversight for branch performance.
- Lead and mentor nursing, therapy, and administrative teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and payer requirements.
- Oversee clinical documentation integrity, visit utilization, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Partner with administrative, reimbursement, and quality departments to optimize outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Participate in budgeting, staffing, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Promote Masters in Home Care’s mission, culture, and standards of excellence in all aspects of branch leadership.
Qualifications
- Current Connecticut license as Registered Nurse (RN) or qualified therapy discipline (PT, OT, or SLP).
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in home health or a related healthcare setting, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations, Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), and payer requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage quality, compliance, and productivity.
- Proven success leading both clinical and administrative teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills; proficiency in EMR systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
