Masters in Home Care, a HEARST CONNECTICUT MEDIA TOP WORKPLACES AWARD winner is looking to hire an Sales Account Executive based out of our Rocky Hill branch, to cultivate business opportunities and manage client relationships for the Greater Hartford area (Ellington, South Windsor, Glastonbury, Suffield and Enfield. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and possess the ability to identify opportunities with prospects and clients and cultivate them into long-term profitable relationships.

What you will do:

  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues;
  • Increase agency exposure to all appropriate referral bases;
  • Collaborate with intake for ease of referrals to improve relationships;
  • Maintain a tracking log outlining day to day activities performed;
  • Meet weekly with supervisor to present and discuss sales efforts, activities, and results;
  • Prepare quarterly sales reports summarizing marketing efforts and community responses;
  • Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating materials;
  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal;
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty;
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation

What you will bring with you:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in home health care sales, marketing, and customer service;
  • Able to perform the core duties of the role within 90 days of hiring;
  • Opportunity identification experience;
  • Ability to attend off-premises events, such as community events and meetings, and represent the Agency appropriately;
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle;
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles;
  • Knowledge of MS Office;
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships;
  • Organizational and time-management skills;
  • A business acumen;
  • Enthusiasm and passion for your work

Salary: $38,801.00 – $101,526.00 per year
